About our Company...
History of Fee For Service Fee For Service evolved in the early 1970’s, in an attempt to satisfy the dismay of the consumer who was tired of paying the typical 6 to 7% commissions. Today this concept has gained strength throughout the country and is said to soon take the place of Traditional Real Estate practice all together. Fee For Service companies in California and Florida, for example are now the Traditional method of selling and buying real estate as Traditional Brokers have developed a similar format and left behind the ways of the 7% commission. Agents Our agents are full time licensed Realtors just like the Traditional Agents you have always used in the past. These agents have use and training of the latest technologies that allow them to do their job better and provide the best service for you. Their training goes far beyond the level of training provided to Traditional Agents. The level of service they provide can be as much or as little as our clients desire with in the constraints of Michigan law, and Board rules. Office and Staff Our office is fully equipped with an integrated network of computer and communication systems, which agents can access from ANYWHERE. We have instant access to all the Multiple Listing Services, the Public Record Searches, and other tools and services that our agents need in order to better serve you. |
