  • Our Listing Realtor® will provide helpful hints on how to effectively Prepare the Home for a showing. Also offer suggestions and solutions to problems Sellers may encounter in marketing through the close of sale.
  • Our Listing Realtor® will place you on the Multiple Listing Service plus send a photo and description of your property to every Realtor® with a buyer looking for a home similar to yours.
